For families

A calm, clear plan from first contact to signed offer.

I work with student-athletes in grades 8 through 12 and their parents. Sessions are by video, or in person in the D.C. area.

How it works

Four steps, at your pace.

  1. Free family call

Twenty minutes to talk through your athlete’s grade, sport, goals and biggest question.

  2. Choose your support

We pick the option that fits where you are: a roadmap, an offer review, or ongoing advisory.

  3. Build the plan

Working sessions with you and your athlete, followed by a written plan your whole family can follow.

  4. Decide with confidence

When offers and NIL opportunities arrive, you have a framework and an advisor in your corner.

Ways to work together

Three kinds of support.

The full cycle

  • Support through signing and the transition to college

The recruiting calendar

What to focus on, year by year.

Timelines vary by sport and division, and your roadmap is built around your athlete’s. This is the general shape.

9th

Build the foundation

Grades, a training plan, and a clean, intentional social media presence.

10th

Get on the radar

Highlight film, a first target list, camps and showcases. In many sports, direct contact from college coaches can begin after this year.

11th

Build relationships

Coach conversations, visits, and NIL readiness. Offers often start to arrive.

12th

Decide and transition

Weigh offers, review any NIL terms, sign, and prepare for life as a college athlete.

Questions families ask

Frequently asked questions

Don’t see yours? Ask it on the free call.

Is eighth grade too early?

No. Eighth grade is a good time to set up good habits, from grades to social media, so your family isn’t scrambling later. The roadmap is built for where your athlete is now.

Which sports do you work with?

All sports. My own family’s experience is in track, football and basketball, and the recruiting principles carry across sports.

Do you talk to coaches or negotiate NIL deals for my athlete?

No. I advise your family so you can make informed decisions. I don’t represent your athlete, contact coaches on their behalf, or negotiate deals.

Can high school athletes have NIL deals?

It depends on your state and your athlete’s school association, and the rules in D.C., Maryland and Virginia differ. We review the rules that apply to your athlete before anything is signed.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the kind of support you choose. We’ll talk through options and pricing on the free call, with no obligation.

Do we meet in person?

Most sessions are by video. In-person sessions are available in the D.C. area.
